Newlyweds

Brad and Koreen is my first newlywed couple photographed on our new property. At first, I thought it would rain and we could only do studio shots, but the weather cleared just before sunset and provided a beautiful background for a beautiful couple.

Brad is my former boss and recently retired from Civil Service. He suggested the tractor shot and that became their favorite.

I’ve attached my favorites from their session.
Enjoy!

Me-Me's Senior Portraits

I have been wanting to do a wheat field portrait session and Me-Me was willing to do it as part of her senior portrait session. I talked her into the cowboy hat pose telling her, "Me-Me, this picture is for "me."

We drove past a field of cows, but couldn't talk her into using them as a background. :)

Here are a few of my favorites from last night's session.

Enjoy!

Country Living

I was getting bored with housework and unpacking, so I photographed some wildflowers in my yard. These are my favorites from this weekend and last weekend. The first picture here was taken from the deck overlooking our pond was before the storm came in Saturday night. Enjoy!

We have finally moved!

Well, I finished the last of the 2009 8th grade graduate portraits. Next year I think I will plan my vacation after graduation so I can get some needed rest! We have moved into our new home and are still in the process of unpacking. I wonder how I was able to get everything packed up within three weeks because unpacking seems like an unending job! When the front porch is finish, I will post some pics of the property.

Here is a shot of Cordell Trent taken in my yard with the pond in the background. I used a chair that I brought back from my Baltimore trip. I found it in my dad's basement. I would like to think it was a chair he had when we were kids, so this pic has sentimental meaning to me.

Baby Olivia was the first baby I photographed in our new studio. She is such a beautiful baby girl with pretty eyes!
