Victoria ~ 2013 Senior

Victoria is my first senior for 2013.  She was on her way out of town and stopped by to get her senior portraits before moving.  It was extremely hot last Wednesday, so we didn't spend a lot of time outside but were able to get some of my favorites shots during that short time.  We stopped by the neighbors fence and grabbed a few shots with the neighbors horse Reese, since they were color-coordinated! :)  I have included a bunch of favorites from her session on Wednesday.  Enjoy! :)

Myra ~ Part II (Pretty Wildflowers)

I finally got to photography Myra in the pretty white wildflowers.  Last year we had planned a photo session in the wildflowers, but a thunderstorm ruined our plans.  Though it was horribly hot, it didn't take us long to get a few shots before getting out of the heat.  This is probably my favorite type of photography as I love the outdoors and the beauty of God's nature.  Here are my favorites from our outdoor session.  Enjoy! :)

Myra ~ Part I (Studio Portraits)

I had the pleasure of photographing my beautiful granddaughter Myra on Saturday while my son replaced the CMOS battery in my desktop computer.  Myra is such a doll!  I've had several friends comment that she reminds them of a Precious Moments doll.  She was so cooperative!  Here are my favorites of her studio portraits for your viewing pleasure.... :)

A pretty girl and a good-looking horse!

We took advantage of the pretty wildflowers again, this time with Kim's portraits and got an unexpected visitor... our horse, Ace.  Kim was a bit reluctant to get near Ace, but I assured her he was a gentle horse and loved to be petted.  You would never know she was reluctant by the portraits we got of her and Ace that are shown below.  Afterwards we went inside for some studio portraits, and I have included my favorites for your viewing pleasure... :)

Portraits of a Lovely Family

I thoroughly enjoyed photographing this lovely family.  They were all a pleasure to meet and get to know. After a couple studio portraits, we went outside to the pond, then to some pretty white wildflowers that I have been wanting to use in a portrait.  Here are my favorites from their inside and outside portrait session.  Enjoy!
